• Pouch & Loading Handling: Adjustable magazine handles premade stand-up and flat pouches (3.5″–7.0″ wide, up to 10″ height). Pneumatic suction cups grip and feed pouches into a 6-position, servo-driven carousel featuring HMI-adjustable clamp spacing for tool-free size changes.
• Dosing & Sealing Assembly: Includes automated air-jet pouch opening, an intermediate funnel/dam to eliminate spill loss, a pneumatic tapping/settling station, and dual independent PLC-controlled heat-sealing stations.
• Safety & Monitoring: Optical/induction sensors prevent misfeeds by skipping fill and seal cycles if a pouch is missing, misaligned, or closed.
