Description

• System Overview: Horizontal, single-station linear premade pouch machine paired with an integrated 2-head linear weigher (6L hopper volume, dimpled surface) designed for packaging solids, powders, and granular products.
• Pouch Handling & Loading: Features an adjustable magazine unit holding 60–100 pouches, accepting premade stand-up pouches 4″ to 7″ wide and up to 10″ in height. Uses a pneumatic suction-cup retrieval system on a 90° rotating mechanical arm to extract and position bags into the dosing zone.
