Description

• System Overview: High-efficiency single-lane vertical form-fill-seal system designed for packaging powders,supplements, nutraceuticals, and instant drink mixes into 3-side sealed stick packs. Features an integrated volumetric auger filler fed by an overhead vacuum feeder/conveyor that transfers product directly from a supply bin or drum to the auger hopper.
• Forming & Sealing Mechanism: Equipped with interchangeable forming collars and tubes accommodating stick widths from 20mm to 40mm (capable up to 60mm). Utilizes gear-motor film unwinding with PLC-controlled induction tensioning, heated vertical bars for continuous seam sealing, servo-driven pulling jaws, heated horizontal cross-sealing jaws, and hardened pneumatic knives for clean packet discharge.
• Construction & Controls: Built with a heavy-duty AISI 304L stainless steel frame, product-contact parts, and polycarbonate safety doors. Operated via a PLC control system with a touchscreen HMI, independent digital temperature controllers, and enclosed electrical/pneumatic cabinets.
• Technical Specs: Speeds up to 35 sticks per minute (weight and product dependent); typical filling range of 5–50g; electrical requirements of 220V / 3-Phase / 30 Amp (4.0–5.0 KVA); compressed air input of 20–25 CFM.
